Brilliant set of GCSE results at Ark All Saints Academy

Seventy-three percent of the school’s students achieved grades 9-4 in English and maths – a 10 percentage point increase on last year. The results mark another significant milestone for Ark All Saints, which has continued to go from strength to strength since opening 12 years ago.

There were many stories of individual success:

Thomas Vuong, achieved a Grade 9 in every single subject he studied. A phenomenal achievement. He is going on to study A-Levels in Mathematics, English Literature, Philosophy and EPQ at Harris Westminster. After that he has aspirations to apply to study PPE (Politics, Philosophy and Economics) at Oxford. He said, “I feel fulfilled, amazed and very happy. I would advise everyone to find opportunities to enjoy each subject. Communicate with teachers as much as you can. Communication is important.”

Chi Lam, achieved a similarly remarkable 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 8 8. He also managed to win a full scholarship at the prestigious City of London School, where he will study A-Levels in Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry. He said, “I am very happy with my results!”

Samiat Eniafe, achieved 9 9 9 9 9 8 8 8, and will continue her studies at the London Screen Academy. She said, “I'm so happy with my results. I was a bit worried about my further maths result, but I've done better than I expected. I took my mocks seriously and worked harder to get better marks. I will be going LSA.”

There were similarly impressive results for Mikiyas, Lyph and Amy Rose.
