Our relationship with you is incredibly important to us at AASA. You are the experts in your child’s Iife and we want to work with you to help them be confident, live responsibly, act with integrity and be successful. As I’ve always said at parent events, we know we get things wrong from time to time… if this does happen we want to know about your issues or concerns and seek to work with you to resolve these.
There are various ways to raise concerns and we have tried to ensure that these are clear.
In the first instance please talk to your child’s pastoral team. If you believe the issue remains unresolved then you can request to meet with another staff member who we will select based on expertise in the area of concern.
We consider ourselves a family and we want to ensure that all members of the AASA community always act with respect and kindness towards each other. As it says in our home academy agreement: “we try to resolve difficulties and disputes in a calm and courteous manner”
Please keep talking to us.
